Returns Policy
Because each book is written and illustrated from your memories and photos, this is a custom, made-to-order product.
You will receive a digital PDF proof before anything goes to print.
If you would like changes, you may request one round of revisions, and we will send a new proof for your approval.
If the second proof still doesn’t feel just right, you may choose to cancel and receive a $100 partial refund.
Once you approve your final proof, your story goes to print and all sales become final, since your book is created just for you.
